The last of the vikings
While the sun sets over the public, the tarred Lofotboats appears in the dusk and takes over the water in a wanton battle of fish, money and honor. Throughout the history of Krestaver Myran and his crew, the story of the winter fishing in Lofoten appears as lively and full of blood toil as it once was. This is the dramatic story about the battle in the Trollfjord, and of a rescue action that will always stay alive as a proof of bravery and excellent seamanship.
”The last of the vikings” is played in the amphitheater at the museum ”Kystens Arv” in Stadsbygd, Rissa, Norway – August 17. – 27. 2017.
